Palatal Crib with Omega Loop
$45.00This fixed appliance is designed to aid patients in overcoming thumb-sucking habits. Fabricated horizontally, it effectively prevents the thumb from contacting the palate's roof. For stability against thumb or tongue forces, occlusal rests for premolars can be laser welded. Additionally, the inclusion of omega loops allows for potential molar rotation, enhancing its versatility and effectiveness. -
Phase 1 Hybrid Retainer
$60.00Designed by Dr. Kevin L. Theroux DDS, MS, the Theroux retainer ensures arch width and tooth position are preserved post-Phase I treatment. It accommodates erupting adult teeth and shedding deciduous ones. Ideal for patients with short clinical crowns, this appliance wraps around the incisors, stays 2mm from the gingival margin, and encases the molars. Its rigidity excels in maintaining the arch form after expansion. -
Space Maintainer
$40.00Designed to counteract the effects of early primary tooth loss in any arch, this appliance prevents teeth from shifting, which can lead to arch length reduction and subsequent malocclusion issues like crowding or impacted permanent teeth. Omega loops can be incorporated for easy adjustments. -
Habit Breakers
-
Bluegrass Appliance
$75.00Effective for young patients with tongue or thumb-sucking habits, the Bluegrass Appliance disrupts these behaviors while offering an alternative, aiding habit cessation. Its key component, a Teflon roller, is preferred over smaller beads or alternatives that pose a swallowing risk. -

3D RPE
$165.00The RPE, primarily used in phase I treatment, is designed to widen the arch either before or during fixed treatment. With our advanced approach, you can now opt for a 3D printed metal framework, ensuring unparalleled predictability and a precise fit. Our expanders come in 7 or 11 mm screws, with activation tailored to each style. The streamlined process begins with an initial scan and culminates in the delivery of the appliance on your next visit, eliminating the need for separators. -

E ARCH EXPANDER
$70.00Drawing inspiration from "The Mandibular E-Arch" by Neal Kravitz, the E-arch stands out as a fixed, spring-loaded expander tailored for the gradual expansion of both maxillary and mandibular arches. Initially designed for maxillary orthopedic expansion in cleft palate patients, its versatility shines in the mandible, where it can create up to 4-5 mm of arch space in the anterior region through orthodontic tipping and also distalize the first molars. -

Leone Half Screw Upper
$110.00Crafted from biomedical stainless steel, this expander boasts a smooth housing design, ensuring optimal hygiene by eliminating rough areas. Key details, including the expander limit, directional arrow, and lot number, are laser-etched for clarity. Each expander comes with a user-friendly swivel key and comprehensive instructions, simplifying in-mouth activation for patients. -

QUAD HELIX
$64.00The Quad Helix, made from .036 wire, is available as fixed or removable. Designed to expand the arch, it utilizes helices at its four corners and anterior lingual wires. Unlike pre-bent versions, ours are shaped from straight wire, ensuring tailored vault contouring without compromising wire integrity. Suitable for crossbites, mixed dentition, Class II and III cases, and cleft palate patients. Options include a tongue crib and facemask hooks. -
RAPID EXPANDER WITH CRIB
$95.00Used in phase I, the RPE widens the arch during fixed procedures and can include a tongue crib for thumb and tongue habits. Available in 7mm and 11mm, our standard model uses the 11mm Leone expander with welded lingual wires to premolars or cuspids. Made from biomedical stainless steel, its smooth design aids hygiene. Each RPE comes with a swivel key with an activation tracker. Tip: Use warm water for easier turning. -

W-ARCH APPLIANCE
$55.00The W-Arch, also known as the Porter appliance, is crafted from .036 wire. Activated by opening the apices, it offers adjustable anterior or posterior expansion. For optimal forces, manually open it 3-4 mm before insertion. Expansion should proceed at 2mm per month until the crossbite is fully corrected.

Sagittal
$80.00The Sagittal Appliance is tailored to lengthen the arch, either by moving molars backward or pushing the anterior section forward, effectively addressing crowding. It features expansion screws aligned with the sagittal plane, with optional screws on each side. For optimal retention, Adams clasps on the 6’s (if present) and ball clasps between premolars are advised. Additional features include a labial bow for anterior control and a posterior bite plate, enhancing anchorage for the upper appliance. -
T-REX APPLIANCE
$125.00The T-Rex Appliance offers a two-phase approach: arch expansion followed by molar distalization. It employs a pre-activated .032 TMA wire, an expansion screw, and premolar rests. During expansion, a wire embedded in acrylic halts spring activation. Once arch development concludes, clinicians cut this wire, activating springs for molar distalization. An adjustment loop can assist molar rotation, and lingual sheaths, provided by the lab, are spot-welded onto the band. -
Transverse
$80.00The Transverse Appliance effectively widens both upper and lower arches, addressing bilateral crossbites and anterior crowding. Given the force from the screw, robust clasping is advised. For optimal retention, we recommend Adams clasps on the 6’s (if present) and ball clasps between premolars. Additional features include a labial bow for anterior incisor control and a posterior bite plate, enhancing anchorage for the upper appliance.

3 Way Expander
$90.00The 3-way screw is designed for both widening and lengthening the arch, with the anterior section directing forces forward via the incisors. An alternative design uses three distinct screws: one for widening and two in the sagittal plane for posterior distalization. For optimal retention, Adams clasps on the 6’s (if present) and ball clasps between premolars are recommended. Additional features include a labial bow for anterior control and a posterior bite plate, bolstering anchorage for the upper appliance. -
CLEAR FUSION RETAINER
$29.00These wireless appliances are ideal for enduring retention after traditional or aligner-based orthodontic procedures, offering a seamless blend of discretion and effectiveness. -
Lower Continuous Full Labial
$75.00The primary function of the Lower Continuous Full Labial Retainer is to provide retention of the anterior teeth. Retention is provided by a labial 3 x 3 labial bow. -
Madibular Hawley with Adams
$63.00For optimal results, wear the appliance for 22 hours daily and clean with toothpaste to prevent plaque and odor. Steer clear of effervescent solutions like Efferdent, which might erode appliance components. Instead, consider using DentaSoak or Retainer Splash for maintenance. -
Maxillary Full Labial With Adams Clasps
$68.00The Hawley Retainer, equipped with soldered Adams clasps, primarily ensures the retention of anterior teeth. The labial bow offers this retention without any interproximal wire interference with the front teeth. -
Maxillary Hawley with Adams
$63.00The Hawley Retainer, equipped with soldered Adams clasps, primarily ensures the retention of anterior teeth. -
Spring Retainers
-
Maxillary Modified Spring Retainer Plus with Adams
$80.00Featuring a staple-shaped spring mechanism on the anterior lingual side and a bow with labial acrylic, our retainer applies targeted force. While designed for minor adjustments, its rigidity reduces breakage risks. The lower variant includes a staple spring, lingual support wire, and occlusal rest. Additional clasps enhance retention. -
Spring Retainer with Wire Extensions
$68.00This spring aligner variant incorporates .036 lingual extensions for improved retention. Using CAD software, we digitally adjust teeth to their ideal positions. The resulting design is 3D printed, forming the base for the appliance, ensuring top-notch results.
