Drawing from his time as an administrator in Commercial and Military Aviation Manufacturing, Joseph excels at identifying and removing bottlenecks in production, streamlining workflow, and enhancing the overall flow of commerce. Joseph also spent some time in retail sales which prepared him to be able to see things from a customer perspective. He approaches every inquiry with a dedication to understanding concerns and providing answers that exceed expectations. His innovative mindset continually drives improvements that elevate customer satisfaction. Joseph’s presence on the Clear Fusion Lab team enriches our commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Meet Fernando, the driving force behind Clear Fusion Lab’s innovation and precision. With a remarkable 31-year journey in the orthodontic industry, Fernando’s expertise is a true asset to any doctor who works with Clear Fusion Lab. Fernando spent 17 years working at Tortorici Ortho Lab which was the former name of Clear Fusion Lab. He then opened his own Lab where he worked for 13 years. Since then, Fernando has come back to where it all started for him and became the Lead Technician of Clear Fusion Lab. Fernando’s dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends is instrumental in our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions. His enthusiasm for the constantly evolving orthodontic industry is contagious. He thrives on embracing new technologies and innovative techniques that drive the industry forward. His commitment to excellence ensures that every product leaving Clear Fusion Lab is of the highest quality.
Beyond his passion for orthodontics, Fernando treasures his family life. He has been happily married to Leah for 20 years, and together, they have three wonderful children: Jack, Hannah, and Sarah. Family is the center of Fernando’s world, and he relishes every moment spent with them.

Joey is one of the longest-tenured members of the team and he’s a living testament to the legacy of Clear Fusion Lab. Joey’s time at the lab spans nearly 20 years, positioning him as one of the experts our team looks up to. Joey’s roots run deep within Clear Fusion Lab. His father, Joe Tortorici, was the former lab owner, making Joey’s connection to the lab a familial one. Growing up amid orthodontic craftsmanship, Joey’s journey began at the young age of 15 when he joined the lab. Over the years, he has meticulously honed his skills, becoming a versatile expert in nearly every aspect of our craft. His particular focus on wire bending has made him an indispensable asset to our team.
Outside of the lab, Joey channels his wire-bending expertise into creating captivating wire art, crafting intricate pieces ranging from guitars and figurines to elegant lettering. His artistic talents shine through in every creation. Joey enjoys unwinding through clay shooting. When he’s not outdoors, you’ll find him engrossed in podcasts and music, exploring a world of knowledge and rhythm.
