As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day No-Fault Warranty for any appliance leaving our lab, no questions asked. As the team behind your team, making your team happy is our number one priority. We appreciate your partnership!
Warranty Coverage:
1. This warranty covers any defects or issues with appliances provided by Clear Fusion Lab for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any appliance found to be faulty or defective during this 30-day period, at no additional cost to you.
3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, errors in design specifications, or issues arising from our workmanship or poor-quality impressions or scans from any dental office.
Exclusions:
1. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, natural wear or any alterations or modifications made to the products or services by parties other than Clear Fusion Lab.
2. The insertion of the appliance must be within 30 days of delivery and the original appliance returned for inspection.
