Description

The Upper and Lower Holding Arch Appliance is utilized to maintain the position of the molars and, in the case of the lower arch, the anterior incisors following Phase I treatment. It can be combined with the Halterman attachment to promote the eruption of impacted molars. In the lower arch, spurs can also be welded to engage the distal of the laterals, and adjustment loops can be added as necessary.
